If you want to improve your protocols, policies, and procedures to make working with minoritized vendors easier, listen in:
Phase 1: [0:45] Procurement Practices and Cash Flow. Organizations say they want us as vendors, but they sure do make it tough to get on board. Consider how your standard processes are created for big business that have bandwidth.
Phase 2: [11:10] Registering as a Woman-Owned or Disadvantaged Business Costs?! Wait a minute...there are states that are charging us to register for more opportunities to work with them?! Make it make sense...
Phase 3: [24:52] Robin Hood Strategy and Martyrdom as Business Owners. Too many women-owned, minority-owned businesses are sacrificing their own livelihoods to keep their non-profits or NGOs going. How might we use a Robin Hood strategy instead?
