Phase 1 [5:27]: NAACP Call Out: Recently, the prolific national organization made a public statement advising Black students and student athletes not to attend colleges in Florida, given the ban on DEI offices and other initiatives to support them. Former Florida Gator, Member of the Florida Football Ring of Honor, and 3-time Super Bowl Champion Emmitt Smith makes his own statement, too.

Phase 2 [17:00]: Neuroinclusive Workplaces: Over the last few weeks, Dr. Shaunna has been building out a training for supervisors who strive to be inclusive of neurodivergent folks. There are so many best practices out there, but few of them will work without a 180-degree mindset shift: neuroinclusive practices are not "special accommodations" when they benefit everyone - including neurotypical folks - especially when done well.
